Are you interested in teaching seniors or others with mobility limitations or do you have mobility issues yourself? Come learn how to put together a balanced, safe, and creative chair yoga program – or just experience it. Includes a handout with pictures and contraindications for common conditions in the elderly population.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellation. If you cancel by noon of the late registration date, you may apply the amount you paid to another Living Room Yoga offering. No make-ups for cancellations after the late registration date.
