Class is limited to 10 so register early!

Instructor: Stacy Renz, Certified linical Hypnotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Certified Yoga Therapist

Time:  1:00 – 4:00ish pm

Cost:  $35 if you register by October 8; $45 by October 13. After After October 13 please call to confirm space in the class.

Bring:  Scissors, glue, poster board, old magazines, markers, paint, paint paint brushes, tape, a folding table if you have one.

To prepare for this class:

  1. Look through magazines or any other sources and begin collecting images and phrases that represent what you would like to manifest into your life.
  2. Avoid being too analytical about it at this point.  Include anything you are attracted to.  Make it a "mindless" activity.
  3. Make sure the images address all aspects of your life – relationships, work, finances, spirituality, health, community service, and leisure.
  4. You can purchase magazines for this task or you can use magazines that have been donated to Living Room Yoga (just ask us for them when you come in).
  5. Aim to collect at least 50 images before the class on August 29.  You will have an opportunity to collect a few more that day, but you should bring the majority with you.

Cancellation Policy:  No refunds for cancellation. If you cancel by noon of the late registration date, you may apply the amount you paid to another Living Room Yoga offering.  No refunds or make-ups for cancellations after noon of the late registration date.
