Occupational Therapy Services

Occupational therapy helps you overcome physical obstacles to performing activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, cooking a meal, or functioning at your job.  Stacy Foust Renz, OTR/L, OT8447, offers holistic occupational therapy services at Living Room Yoga that address the psychosocial, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of your well-being.  Using these methods, she has successfully helped people manage a myriad of conditions, including back, neck, leg, hip, knee, and shoulder pain, Parkinson’s Disease, depression, anxiety, stroke, and others.

While LRY does not accept insurance, Stacy has found that when people take their healing into their own hands, results tend to come more quickly.  To make treatment as affordable as possible, she transitions clients into group yoga classes as soon as they are able. Stacy will also be honest with you if she does not think she can help you.

Stacy uses a variety of holistic modalities in her practice.  These include

  • Yoga Therapy to apply yoga to help your specific condition or issue.
  • Cranial Sacral Therapy/Meridian Unwinding to facilitate your body’s own healing mechanisms.
  • Micro-current Point Stimulation to resolve pain from scar tissue and block pain pathways.

What to Expect

Prior to your appointment, download, fill out, and print OT Patient History Form.  The first session is at least an hour and a half and includes an assessment to determine areas of concern, goal setting, and treatment using the most appropriate modalities to help you.  If your treatment includes exercises or yoga, pictures or videos can be taken with your own phone to help you follow through at home.

Occupational Therapy Pricing

OT Services – OT Evaluation. 30-60 min $199.00 – $250.

OT Services – OT treatment. $30.00/15 min.

OT Services – Travel Fee. $25.00/15 min. (for home visits).
