July 9 Gratitudes, Intentions, and Affirmations
Today I am grateful for another day, a full week of work both at Freedom Square and the studio, that I merely gagged and did not lose my cookies cleaning up cat vomit this morning (three times so far as it turns out), coffee, peanut butter and nutella toast (though I think I shall be giving up both after the jars empty due to allergy), enough sleep, being told "I am smitten with you" by a very sweet man (and my believing it).
Today I intend to set boundaries at work (I am only one person after all), be focused and positive, call HR and get the codes I need to sign up for benefits, give a great class to the Monday night yogis, help Elaine resolve her neck issues.
I tend the garden of the good in my life and the good is thriving.
I dwell on those things that bring me joy and bliss.
I practice patience, calmness, and positivity.
My peace remains despite outside pressures originating in others' fears or even greed.
I am centered, focused, and unwaivering in my belief in myself and the direction I am going.
I am surefooted on my path.
