May 1 Gratitudes, Intentions, and Affirmations

Today I am grateful for making up, tenderness, breath, some sleep, less coughing, new clients, getting a chance to do a little of everything I do yesterday, Diohn cleaning the studio, beginning to realize I need to carve out time for a breather for myself because I have been running too hard for a while now ….

Today I intend to breathe, be present, effective, centered, intuitive, healing to all those I touch, "on", tender, honest, creative.  I also intend to align myself with the energy of thriving, prosperity, financial growth.

Affirmations:
I ask and I receive.
I ask for companionship, love, friendship, support, and financial success and that is exactly what I get. 
As I align myself with the energy of these things, they materialize.
I acknowledge with gratitude the presence of these things in so many forms – Lisa (sister), Lisa T, Stephanie, Erika, Ben, Mark, Package, Karen, Jennifer, Nylma, Jason, Dirk, Gail, Sally, Linn, Durga, Dale, Sean, Lori, Matt, Barney, Michelle and Chris, new clients, ongoing clients – Colleen, Peggy, Loretta, Cynthia, Judi, Aimee, Susan, Amy, Ann, Kitty, Sandy, Peggy F, Sally B, Scott, Vicki, Joanne, Jorge, Paul, Becky, Irene and so many more.
I allow the energy of gratitude to fill me up to the marrow of my bones. 
Today I live in the energy of gratitude.
All my work flows from gratitude and joy.
Exuberance propels me effortlessly.
