Yoga Classes
Living Room Yoga offers several types of yoga class options.
Drop-in classes are open to anyone to … well… drop in. We offer classes to accommodate most students whether they are beginners or more advanced practitioners. We even offer classes that can accommodate those with injury (please call ahead in this case) within reason. To find a class that meets your needs and schedule, check out our drop-in class schedule. If you have any questions at all regarding which class is right for you or whether you might need to begin with private instruction, please call Stacy at 727-826-4754.
If you have an injury or just feel out of shape, you may want to begin with a private assessment of your posture, range of motion, and breathing to determine the best place for you to start your yoga journey. Read more about private yoga therapy and then give us a call at 727-826-4754 to set up an appointment. We are happy to provide guidance so that you have the best start to your yoga experience as possible.
Do you want to really know what you're doing before going to class? Or do you just like the idea of working intensely one-on-one? If so, private instruction may be the way to go. Read more about private yoga instruction, and give us a call at 727-826-4754 to make an appointment with your preferred instructor.
Sometimes the drop-in schedule does not quite meet your needs, you may like the idea of practicing with the same people every week, or you have a group in mind to form your own private class. We are happy to accommodate you, whether you choose to meet at our location or yours. Read more about private ongoing group classes and then give us a call at 727-826-4754 to get things rolling.
Are you having a bachelorette party, a girl's night, or a corporate retreat? Yoga can be a perfect way to get everyone relaxed and in sinc. Read about how private one-time events work and then give us a call to plan the date.
