Buddhist Meditation Class

This class, taught by Kelsang Chokyan, welcomes people of all faiths and beliefs.  The first part consists of a relaxing guided meditation to reduce stress and cultivate inner peace followed by a presentation of Buddhist Philosophy aimed at helping participants discover the source of their stress and unhappiness.  Because Buddhism is by it's very nature non-evangelizing, people are free to take whatever they feel is useful from the teachings and leave the rest.  Click here for more information about meditation in St. Petersburg.
