Life Balance Yoga
Developed by yoga teacher, occupational therapist, and Living Room Yoga owner, Stacy Renz, Life Balance Yoga is alignment-based and emphasizes the individual's needs even within the class setting. Participants are given the opportunity at the start of class to examine "how it is in the body right now" to determine what kind of practice will best benefit them that day. Props and individualized attention are used to help each student get the most out of each class. Level 1-2 classes offer the basics for beginners along with opportunities for greater challenge for the more experienced practitioner. Level 2-3 classes are taught by Living Room Yoga owner Stacy Renz. While these classes can be quite challenging in terms of strength, stamina and flexibility, Stacy gives options for beginners, intermediate students, and advanced students within each class.
