After registering for the home study, I will send you the handouts regarding the chakras as well as homework assignments. Using the handouts and The Yoga Teacher's Toolbox complete the assignments which will deepen your applied understanding of yoga and the chakras. You may also wish to refer to Eastern Body Western Mind by Anodea Judith to deepen your knowledge further.
If your 200-hour certification program included significant study of the chakras you do not need to take this course.
