Cost: $45 if you pay one week ahead (Saturday); $50 afterwards.

When chairs are out my students know they are going to work deep. Come learn how you can incorporate chair work to help you or your students achieve greater alignment and work deeper into their muscles.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellation. If you cancel by noon of the late registration date, you may apply the amount you paid to another Living Room Yoga offering. No make-ups for cancellations after the late registration date.
